By downloading, installing, or using the Habits app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. The Service

Habits is a habit tracking application available on iOS, macOS, and watchOS, developed and published by Trackware. The app allows you to create, track, and manage your daily habits and routines.

3. In-App Purchases

Habits offers the following premium options, managed entirely by Apple via StoreKit:

• Monthly subscription : billed every month, renews automatically, cancel anytime
• Annual subscription : billed once per year, renews automatically, cancel anytime
• Lifetime purchase : a one-time payment for permanent premium access

All payments, renewals, and refund requests are processed by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, go to your device's App Store subscription settings. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not process payments or issue refunds ourselves.

4. Free Tier

Habits can be used for free with the following limitations:

• Up to 3 habits
• Up to 1 list

Upgrading to a Premium plan (monthly, annual, or lifetime) unlocks unlimited habits, unlimited lists, and all future premium features.

5. Privacy

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data. Your privacy is fully protected by design - all data lives in your own devices and your own iCloud account.

6. Disclaimer

The Habits app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trackware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
